S2M-Group is looking for talents to work as Business Development Representatives with fluent English.

We are a B2B marketing agency with a presence around the world. We work with both multinational and local IT & software companies to help them address sales and marketing challenges with a high standard of operations.

Location: BTS Phrom Phong
Salary: 26-32K THB based on experience + health insurance and lunch compensation.

Key tasks:
As a Business Development Representative, you will work on a specific mission, where you are given a client and a market.
• Understand our client's IT solutions and target markets by analyzing business cases, finding different angles to approach prospects, and researching key players, competitors, and trends.
• Conducting outbound and inbound (when required) Business Development activities using the value-selling approach.
• Engage, qualify, and convert through multi-channel prospecting (emails, calls, social, etc.).
• Maximize exposure across all target buyer personas and agreed accounts.
• Set the next actions – typically qualified sales appointments for client's sales teams or channel partners.
• Providing mission insight to help on the mission strategy to ensure client objectives are achieved and expectations are met.

Qualifications:
• English is a must both verbal and written.
• You are a Thai citizen, or you have a valid Thai work permit.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales is a bonus point.
• Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment, phenomenal and collaborative teammate.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
