Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

• Conduct Feasibility study to identify whether return of investment is within acceptable range
• Find new business or investment opportunity for the company
• Execute investment / acquisition
• Produce project development estimates (budget) and update the probable costs of the project on the monthly basis to ensure that the projects are run under the budget plan

Qualifications

• Master degree in MRE , Business Admin, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experiences, preferably in hotel business
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and computer literacy
