Position : Land Acquisition Manager
Job Descriptions :
Identifying potential area for business units. Sourcing suitable land for store expansion program.Seeking comparable market price.Negotiating with brokers and landowners.Preparing presentation for management approval.Involving contract the site and handover site to construction.Work with multi functional team to achieve store opening program.Providing update, share information of market and competitors.
Qualification :
Male / Female age between 28-35 years.Bachelor degree in any field.3-5 years experience in land acquisition.Good relationship with local authorities, land officer.Has strong negotiation skill.Be able to work independently.Work well under tight deadline and be able to achieve target.Good command of English.
