Business Development (Manager and Assistant Manager)

CRE is a leading company to provide logistic facilities in Japan. The number of customer ends up more than 1,500 which include international 3PLs and prominent Japanese manufactures. CRE does not provide any transportation service but has maximized the value of business by mixing up financial methods and securitization of real estate. CRE has been expanding its business in Thailand. It starts firstly by tenant leasing brokerage and consultation service for BTS (Build to Suit) project of warehouse.

Job Description
Transaction coordination with Japanese clients and Land/Facility owner.
Find a appropriate warehouse and lead a contract of lease.
Find a land for BTS(Build to Suit) and BTO(Build to Own) for warehouse.
Find a new facility and business opportunity and negotiate with land owners.

Requirement
Thai Nationality
Bachelor or Master Degree in Real Estate/Financial/Architecture/Civil Engineering or other related major.
Welcome New graduates
Hopefully 2-5 years of experience in real estate or other related industries.
Fluent in spoken and written in English.
