To cope with the upcoming large condominium projects, we are now looking for qualified and self-motivated candidates to join our company in the following positions:  

Ass. Commercial Sales Manager / Senior Commercial Sales Officer

Qualifications :

 Male or Female age 25 years or above.

 Bachelor's Degree in Business administration , Marketing or related field.

 At least 4 years experiences in sales management (Space for rent , Retail and Plaza)

 Good personality , Skill in Negotiation and able to coordinate with customers all time.

 Good command in Computer and English (Speaking,Reading,Writing).

 Have own car is an advantage.

 Experience in Real Estate business (is an advantage).

Senior Financial Analyst  

Responsibilities :

 Making Cash flow, balance Sheet and financial statement for each project to be composed of the credit request for each project.

 Contacts Finance institution for credit request and other issues related to each project (Pre-Finance)

 Update Cash flow and making monthly Balance Sheet and Financial statement.

 Making Sensitivity Analysis for each project.

 Process the guarantee letter for each project.

 Manages and takes care the cash and Loan returning and interests pay for each project.

Qualifications :

 Male or Female , Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field.

 5 years experience in budget and financial planning.

 Fundamental knowledge in financial analyst and able to use feasibility study.

 Analytical thinking, coordinate and inter personal skill.

 Fluent in computer and good in English.

 Experience in Investment Banking, Security analyst or corporate finance analyst will be advantage.

Senior Accountant.

Qualifications :

 Bachelor or Master 's Degree in Accounting, with CPA will be advantage.

 Male or female age 28-35 years at least 5 years experience in Budgeting and Cost Control.

 Knowledgeable in business project finance.

 Analytical mind, strong leadership skill, coordination skill and effective communication

 Good command of English and Computer literacy

 Experienced in Real Estate Business or Property will be a plus.

Project Engineer

Qualifications :

 Male , Age 30 years or higher

 At least Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. And must have a license of construction.

 Experience in project management especially in high rise condominium 6 years or above.

 Skill in coordinate with other department.

 Good Leadership, Self-Confident , Flexible and Team work .

 Good in English literate.

Civil Engineer

Qualifications :

 Male , Age 28 years or higher

 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field of construction and must have a license of construction.

 At least 2 years experienced in construction and installation M&E especially in single house project.

 Excellent in Survey and Auto Cad Program.

 Good command in Computer and English.

Foreman 10 positions.

Qualifications :

 Male age 25 – 33 years.

 High vocational or higher in Construction , Architecture or Electrical Power.

 Good coordination and team working.

 Good command in Computer and can use Auto Cad.

 Work place : Donmuang or Rama 9.
