Qualification: -
•Thai nationality, Male or Female
•Bachelor or Master's Degree in any field (Business / Property Development majoring is an advantage)
•English Proficiency Test Scores Requirement as follows,
•Minimum MU GRAD Test: 36 or MU-ELT: 56 or TOEIC: 400 or IELTS: 3 or TOEFL IBT: 29 or TOEFL ITP: 390. These results must be less than two years old.
•Good analytical, communication and presentation skills and good command of both spoken and written English.
•At least3 year experiences in real estate business is an advantage
Job Descriptions: -
•Conduct related properties' survey
•Provide feasibility study
•Analyze, evaluate, and make solutions about property investment/management
•Summarize tasks and report to the management
•Coordinate with related parties; such as, faculties in university, state agencies and private companies, others departments
•Search fornewbusiness opportunities
•Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
