Asia Investment, Development & Construction Sole Co., Ltd. (AIDC) is one of the biggest and the most dynamic company in Laos, it is also the most diversified group of business in the country, Its business activities include Energy; Water Supply; Infrastructure Development; Trading; Agriculture; Construction; Property Development; and Food and Beverage.

We are currently looking for motivated and qualified candidates interested in the following position;

Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Salary : 60,000 – 90,000 Baht

* Key Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the overall real estate business development projects for the company / or new assignment.

2) Manage all real estate projects and drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth.

3) Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

4) Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

5) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

6) Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate new product development ideas.

7) Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

8) Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

9) Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

10) Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

11) Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople and manage sales team.

12) Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

13) Represent the company in a sincere and genuine manner in all transactions.

* Qualification:

1) Male/Female age between 28-45 years

2) Education: Degree in Engineering / Financial/Architecture

3) Must have background experiences in real estate projects (Hotel, residential, Low-rise, High-rise, shopping center, etc.)

4) Excellent command of spoken and written English.

5) Strong planning – organizing - coordinating skills, reliability, the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and priorities tasks.

6) Good interpersonal and communication skills, energetic, service minded and positive attitude.

7) Experience in working with senior management

8) Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business

9) Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads

10) Computer skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Salary: Negotiable depending on qualification and experience (Net Tax)
