Responsibilities:

• Analyze site context, access and traffic of responsible project
• Analyze market (demand/ Supply) and real estate business development of responsible project
• Able to produce an accurate and reliable feasibility study and presentation to support company's decision on investment
• Fully support and work with every team on analysis and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or any related fields.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Business development, Architect, Finance, Marketing or Real Estate background
• Has basic knowledge in financial analyst and skilled in performing feasibility study with a strong presentation skill
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Interacts effectively with all levels of the organization and capable to manage projects and tasks to completion.
• Self-motivated and energetic person who can handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal direction.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications is required
